“Thousands of tired, nerve-shaken, over-civilized people are beginning to find out that going to the mountain is going home; that wildness is necessity; that mountain parks and reservations are useful not only as fountains of timber and irrigating rivers, but as fountains of life.”
John Muir

I can't really watch these kids any longer because it throws off my sense of how the world is supposed to work. As I have always understood things, it takes decades of practice to be that good at anything. It's therefore impossible that those kids could play like that. I mean, it's not even as if he's been playing for 9 years, because presumably he was at least what- Two? Three? - when he started.
