I remember watching Harold Endsley's show as a kid. I found the show to be captivating with the peaceful music overdubs and first person narrative. Always felt like he was talking directly to me.  He always had something nice to say about everyone he met and the places he went. He enjoyed nature and the outdoors as much as the fishing that came along. Watch the You tube video see if you remember.

Whats in a name... ??

I love this one... for real.... a guide called Woody's Fairly Reliable Guide service.

Woody is real guide that first heard about from the Harold Endsley show. More on that later.   Would you buy fairly reliable batteries ? or use a fairly reliable shuttle service ?

The reality is that guides get cut some slack, as they should. Right ?

I thinks Woody's figured that ..been around since 1975.

The attached Gorget was found in Benton County, near the town of Fairfield and not far from the Pomme de Terre and Osage rivers. The identification of the image on the gorget is that of a jaguar
